CSF Inox Quality Policy
Customer satisfaction always comes first
CSF Inox always paid the greatest attention to meet the customers requirements. In order to improve continuously its products, Client service and manufacturing process, since several years has been introduced a Quality Service by the Company Management subsequently developed into a Quality System.
Basic points of the Quality Policy at CSF Inox:

2. Capability and flexibility to meet the customers requirements even also with tailored solutions.
3. Careful service in the product selection and aftersale assistance.
4. Quick deliveries and respect of delivery terms.
In order to check periodically the achievement of the Quality Policy targets, our Quality System is involved in a methodical data collection, according to a strategy of continuous improvement. Being aware of the market demand, CSF Inox decided to get the certification for its own Quality System, realized according to the Standard UNI EN ISO 9001 and obtained on 1996.
Code of Ethics
This Code reaffirms the fundamental principles of C.S.F. INOX S.p.A., drawing inspiration from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
It is a fundamental tool for communicating and reasserting company principles to all individuals who work for and with C.S.F. INOX: employees, customers, partner suppliers and external collaborators.
It is a code of moral conduct that will strengthen the culture and conscious of the company. It is a living tool, consequently it will be elaborated over time, contemplating shared values and principles that always have respect for the individual and the environment at its heart.
